Welded mild steel hull and superstructure. Unique custom built steel shell 10/6/5/4. Built to plans and specification. The steel shell was spray insulated out of the factory to retain maximum heat in extreme winter conditions. To complete the build a hardwood cratch is fitted on the fore deck of the boat with a removable cratch cover. New double glazed windows with thermal break to stop condensation were fitted in 2021.
9mm ply was used to line the shell with solid Oak mouldings to form panelling to the cabin sides. The roof is lined with solid Oak tongue and groove style boards.
Solid oak is used around the windows and port holes. The floor is also an attractive oak plank style. Contemporary gloss tiles are used in the bathroom with the forward cabin appointed with a custom silk carpet. To add a touch of class and luxury high quality oak cabinetry with impressive detailing can be found throughout the vessel.
Descending down in to the main cabin space from the wheelhouse we have a fully fitted galley with traditional painted cabinet doors. Bespoke granite worktops provide a striking contrast to the cabinets within the main cabin area creating a stunning focal point. She features an Integral LPG hob and fan assisted oven, stainless steel sink/drainer with monoblock tap, built in fridge with freezer compartement and microwave provide all the luxury you would find in many modern style apartments.
The main cabin space has four Dutch Barge style windows giving the room a light spacious feel with port holes to the corridor, bathroom and bedroom where more privacy is required.
The port wall leading to the bathroom has flat screen TV and soundbar. Heating is provided by low level concealed skirting radiators solid fuel morso stove. This area is attractively fitted out with oak tv unit, storage cupboards and book shelves.
Leading down the corridor through the glazed oak door into the bathroom which is again comparable to what you may expect to find in a luxury apartment. Heating and drying provided by a chrome towel rail, with units fitted providing ample storage for towels, sundries etc. A designer porcelain sink with monoblock tap and wall mounted mirror give a high class look. Granite worktops are used throughout with a corner shower with built in extraction above to eliminate steam and condensation. Electric toilet with macerator and 215ltr holding tank complete the compact yet very spacious bathroom. A washing machine is conveniently concealed for laundry.
To the end of the corridor we have another solid oak door with glazed panel that leads into the double bedroom. Fitted with multiple double wardrobes she provides excellent storage throughout. The bedside cabinets and dresser provide further storage possibilities. Integral double bed with luxury mattress and drawers underneath for more storage, and to complete the bedroom we have a step up to the foredeck through double glazed hardwood doors.
