For lifting and launching boats we operate a Wise 16ton hydraulic boat lifter. You can have peace of mind that your boat is in safe hands with our trained and experienced staff. On average we carry out over 350 boat lifts every year lifting everything from small river boats up to large flybridge cruisers and steel narrowboats. Our slipway is private and is free to use by arrangement anytime for York Marina berth holders.
Our current maximum lifting limits are as follows:
- Gross weight 16 tons
- Maximum length of 45ft or 13.70 metres
- Maximum beam 14ft 6″ or 4.40 metres
